COGENT AUTO COOL 50% Premium Red Coolant | Concentrated Antifreeze Radiator Protection Fluid

COGENT AUTO COOL 50% Premium Red Engine Coolant | Long Life Radiator Protection Fluid

Product Description :

COGENT AUTO COOL 50% is a premium, high-performance engine cooling fluid engineered from premium-grade, corrosion-inhibited Mono Ethylene Glycol Coolant paired with carefully selected protective additives. This 50% coolant is specifically designed to deliver robust, year-round thermal treatment for internal combustion engines, making it a dependable radiator protection fluid across both intense summer heat and freezing winter conditions. The advanced formula establishes total cooling system protection within a concentration range of 33% to 100% by volume, ensuring versatile protection configurations for passenger and commercial vehicle fleets.

Operating as a dedicated long life coolant, this product is dyed a distinctive red coolant indicator color to facilitate immediate leak detection and system monitoring. It maintains structural fluid stability under extreme heat stress, preventing water pump damage and system over-boiling. Whether utilized as a complete fill or a restorative top-up, this automotive coolant ensures stable heat displacement and clean internal operation, actively combating localized engine hot spots and long-term radiator fouling

Features & Benefits :

• Engineered with an exceptionally high boiling point profile to maintain superior cooling efficiency and prevent fluid boil-over during high-temperature operating conditions.

• Advanced corrosion-inhibited liquid composition protects both hard-working diesel and high-rpm gasoline engines, shielding intricate radiator channels from rust.

• Formulated with excellent anti-foam properties to stop air entrainment, maintaining uninterrupted liquid contact with critical metal cooling pathways.

• Demonstrates broad chemical safety and is fully compatible with standard summer coolants and traditional cooling system fluid variations.

• Safe for use alongside modern automotive engine plumbing materials, preventing the premature drying, swelling, or cracking of rubber hoses, gaskets, silicone seals, and plastic expansion components.

• Deploys a perfectly balanced additive framework that actively shields vulnerable multi-metal layouts—including cast iron, structural steel, copper, brass, and aluminum alloys—against electrochemical corrosion and pitting

Specifications:

COGENT AUTO COOL 50% meets or exceeds the following international specifications:

• ASTM 3306

• British Standard BS 6580

Applications:

• Completely drain the degraded, old radiator fluid from the vehicle’s reservoir and core according to the maintenance protocols specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

• Flush the cooling circuit completely with fresh, clean water to wash away residual scaling, oxidized sediments, and remaining traces of old fluid.

• Pull the engine block drain plug or safely detach the lower radiator hose assembly to completely eliminate the used flushing water from the vehicle’s internals.

• Consult the official vehicle owner’s manual to verify the precise total fluid capacity required by the specific engine cooling system loop.

• Use at least a 33% concentration of this pre-diluted radiator treatment to secure measurable improvements in water pump cavitation defense and overall rust resistance, filling the remaining volume with soft or de-mineralized water to maintain effective corrosion protection
